We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Perform mandatory engineering and operational tasks related to backup platforms. Administer and support High Availability backup environments, ensuring reliability and performance. Resolve critical and escalated incidents, acting as an expert-level support when required. Carry out proactive tasks to prevent incidents and improve system resilience. Prepare and maintain mandatory technical procedures, documentation, and reports. Execute backup platform migrations and upgrades, following best practices. Deploy and support new infrastructure components as part of ongoing projects. Participate in automation initiatives to optimize backup and operational processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure backup solutions meet business and technical requirements.
