Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit.- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.- To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.- To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.- Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.- To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.- Know your product & systems inside out.- To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties.- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.QualificationsWhat we are looking for...- +2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage.- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
