We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bid Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, and in coordination with the commercial and technical teams, manage the entire offer cycle from the initial stages of opportunity capture to contract signing and service commencement. Establish resource needs and directly manage them for offer preparation, ensuring the final quality of the offer and strict adherence to costs and deadlines. Lead the bidding process for standard offers and support the Bids & Commercial Director in more complex ones.
Provide reports to both the Bids & Commercial Management, as well as to other departments or areas of the company, including at the corporate level.
In coordination with the Bids & Commercial Director, ensure compliance with internal offer approval processes at all levels, according to the scopes and budgets established in the DOA (Delegation of Authority).
Comprehensive management of the company’s pipeline, ensuring the system is updated with key information from the entire commercial area.
Improve procedures and support the quality area in internal and external audit processes.
Sales and/or bidding training
Intermediate to advanced legal (TRLCSP) and financial knowledge
High level of English, both spoken and written; Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or bidding areas
A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in public and/or private tenders over 2 million euros
Experience in international tenders is a plus
