Asegúrese de leerla detenidamente y luego envíe su solicitud.Among others, duties will include:Managing incoming calls and other communicationsManaging travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and other travel bookings for investment associates, in accordance with company protocol. Experience with the Perk platform is a plusOrganising meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and ensuring they are well looked afterScheduling and coordinating meetings and events, as requiredOverseeing the maintenance of common areas, ensuring the office is kept in excellent condition at all times, and acting as the go-to person for administrative mattersCoordinating office cateringFiling and maintaining information and documentation, as necessaryManaging invoices relating to office supplies and other office-related expensesEnsuring new hires have the necessary equipment upon joiningCoordinating with other departments to ensure that internal policies applicable to the office space are properly implementedProviding support to other departments, as neededLiaising with service providers and suppliers, and following up where necessary (e.g. catering, stationery, building management, etc.)Collaborating with assistants and staff across other European offices, acting as a key contact for administrative mattersEnsuring the office is adequately stocked with the necessary office supplies and kitchen essentials.Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian and Catalan a plus), hold a credible University Degree, be numerate and adept with tools such as Microsoft Office. Candidates should have at least 2/3 years' previous experience in a similar role. Experience in the financial, consulting or legal sectors viewed favourably.The ideal candidate will be well presented, personable and responsible.
