As a Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the coherence, differentiation, and value of the Bahia Principe brand across all touchpoints. You will support the development and implementation of brand strategies, guidelines, and assets, reinforcing brand recognition and relevance in the market.
Support the execution of branding and consumer marketing plans aligned with Bahia Principe’s objectives.
Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring correct application of the Brand Manual across all formats and channels.
Coordinate the creation, publication, and maintenance of content in the Brand Center.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of the Brand Manual, tone of voice, and brand storytelling.
Manage relationships with internal teams and external providers (designers, agencies, audiovisual production).
Monitor brand performance indicators, preparing reports and benchmarking analyses for decision-making.
Degree in Branding, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in branding or marketing roles.
Knowledge of social media, communication, marketing, public relations, and content strategy.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong skills in office software and management systems (CRM, CMS).
