Reporting to the Controlling Manager your main responsibilities will be:- Finance & Business Reporting (Monthly/Yearly)- Profitability Analysis (by business line, customer, brand, product)- Balanced Scorecard definition and implementation- Budget & Forecasting process- Understand market drivers and business needle movers to provide appropriate decision support- Translate the meaning of financial information on current business performance to guide decision-making- Add value to the business by proactively doing Business Profitability Review (business cases for specific projects as well as ad hoc analysis) and sharing best practices- Add value to the decision makers with the ability to keep data quality in the financial platforms as well as being able to assess business profitability proactively- Financial support to business destinations- Business school training with strong financial background- At least 3 years of experience in financial and business analysis- Excellent Office skills, especially Excel/Access- Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages such as German of French would be a plus- Hands-on, team player; business minded; ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders across functions- Experienced in working in international environments
