Scale.The OpportunityBuild, test and scale the next generation of products, services and capabilities that will shape our future growth.We are not looking for someone to "support innovation".We are looking for someone to make it happen.As Business Innovation Lead , you will work side by side with the Innovation Director to turn strategic ambition into shipped initiatives — new products, AI-enabled capabilities, operating models and business improvements with measurable impact.This is a hands-on execution role for someone who combines strong business design thinking with delivery discipline and a pragmatic approach to AI.You will operate at the intersection of strategy, experimentation and implementation — shaping how innovation and AI drive growth in Spain and across our international delegations.If you enjoy building from ambiguity, testing fast, and scaling what works — this role is for you.What You Will DoStrategic Business Design & ExecutionTranslate innovation strategy into clear roadmaps, pilots and scalable initiatives.Design, prototype and validate new products, services and business models aligned with growth priorities.Define strong value propositions grounded in real customer and user insights.Lead user research and convert insights into actionable prototypes, service blueprints and MVPs.Drive initiatives end-to-end — from concept to measurable business impact.Support the scaling of successful pilots across regions and business units.Act as a hands-on facilitator and coach, enabling teams to adopt innovation and experimentation practices.This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. You will build and ship.Cross-Functional & Stakeholder LeadershipPartner with global and local teams to ensure alignment across markets.Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.Communicate transformation progress clearly, using data and evidence.Contribute actively to building a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and accountability.Embed lean, agile and digital-first methodologies in day-to-day execution.AI & Emerging Technologies (Applied, Not Theoretical)Identify concrete business use cases where AI can improve productivity, decision-making or customer experience.Design and implement AI-enabled solutions integrated into real workflows.Combine automation, AI tools and human processes to drive augmentation — not just experimentation.Support AI literacy initiatives to enable responsible and practical adoption.Stay up to date with AI evolution — with the ability to separate signal from noise and focus on business value.We value depth over trend-following. We are looking for someone who understands AI beyond the hype.What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)2–3 innovation initiatives successfully piloted and ready for scale.Tangible business impact delivered (revenue growth, cost efficiency or productivity gains).Clear AI-driven improvements implemented in core processes.Increased experimentation capability across teams.Visible contribution to building a structured innovation engine, not isolated projects.What You'll Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).8–10+ years of experience in innovation, business transformation, strategy consulting or complex program delivery.Proven track record of delivering transformation initiatives end-to-end — from concept to measurable results.Strong experience in service design, lean startup, agile or similar business design frameworks.Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation use cases in real business environments.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex or multinational environments.Fluency in English and Spanish.High ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity and bias toward action.Strong PlusExperience in innovative education or learning environments.Exposure to building or scaling digital products.International transformation experience. xcskxlj Experience working in matrix or multi-country organizations.
