Will you join us?Overview / Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives. This role focuses on promoting and selling specific offerings, building a strong network within the sales territory, and representing the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities, enhance visibility, and strengthen our market position.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities related to our portfolio of solutions;Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting outsourcing solutions to meet their needs;Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions in line with client requirements and objectives;Analyze and develop sales proposals;Prepare proposals and participate in sales meetings and demonstrations;Engage with various stakeholders;Attend events to expand networking opportunities;Identify opportunities and develop objectives, strategies, and tactics;Anticipate clients' operational, strategic, and commercial needs;Manage multiple client accounts.Requirements:Dynamic professional with proven experience in Information Technology;Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT-related fields;Previous experience (2+ years) in commercial roles, particularly in outsourcing;Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;Excellent prioritization and time management skills;Strong ability to build relationships with various business stakeholders;Problem-solving and analytical skills;Team-oriented mindset;Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;Ambitious and driven;Proficiency in Portuguese and English.#VisionaryFuture - Build the future, join our dynamic ecosystem!
