Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gijón for a Business Operations & Growth Lead. The individual in this role will oversee and optimize daily business operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the organization's reach. Responsibilities include managing resources, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to implement goals. The role also involves devising initiatives to drive efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining alignment with the company's mission. Qualifications Proven skills in Business Strategy, Operations Management, and process optimization Experience with Market Analysis, Growth Strategies, and Business Development Strong Project Management, Team Leadership, and Collaboration abilities Excellent Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making skills Effective Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Relationship Management skills Educational background in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields is preferred Familiarity with language education or technology-driven industries is advantageous
