Responsible to define and manage the strategy of the assigned Business Unit with the aim of meeting the objectives defined by the organization: Compliance with budget and profitability so will contribute to new business development. Main Responsibilities To define new business models for the Units conducting studies for future businesses. To be accorded with the strategic objectives of the organization: Studies to outsource operations Studies of new organizational models Studies of viability about implementation of new business frameworks Studies about new services and products. Close to the Business Development Director will be responsible for defining the business strategy with current customers of the Business Unit and, also with the potential customers To participate actively in the identification of the business requirements for our customers and also for existing strategic businesses and studying the profitability of both new and existing. To monitor and maintain best-in-class service level and commercial agreements with both internal and external customer and partners. To develop and monitor KPI evolution to ensure compliance with internal and external company standards for our customers. To develop the budget of the Business Unit, Forecast monitoring, profitability analysis and deviations. Requirements Higher Degree + MBA. Desirable Logistics studies. At least 5 Years in Supply Chain. Previous senior-level experience of operating transportation networks Experience in Business Case Analysis Experience in operational improvement projects Understanding all transport methods (capability, capacity, cost and competence) Project Management experience across others business (DePICT/DMAIC) Implementation delivery & change management experience.
