Experteer Overview As the JR Iberia Business Unit Manager you lead the Iberia region within Stryker’s Joint Replacement unit, driving growth and profitability with P&L responsibility. You’ll manage a regional team of sales leaders and coordinate cross-functional support to execute national and regional plans. You will launch and optimize sales and marketing programs, shaping market penetration in Spain and Portugal. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Coordinate sales actions and oversee execution of sales plans
- Manage budgeting, resources, and P&L for the Iberia region
- Oversee information workflows between departments and manage personnel and materials
- Maintain strong knowledge of CMF products, applications, and techniques
- Oversee pricing policy, discount approvals, and monthly sales reporting to CMF Director
- Coordinate and lead the sales force, promotions, and product presentations to the team
- Act as liaison between sales area and customers
- Drive launch and ongoing national product availability and marketing plans
- Coordinate distribution, logistics, and inventory (deposits, kits, etc.)
- Ensure proper investment control, expenses, margins, and pricing
- Supervise waste segregation and department safety practices
- Lead strategic planning cycles (3–5 years) and achieve market expansion targets
- Develop and maintain cross-functional collaboration to meet market dynamics
- Travel to manage and support Spain & Portugal operations
- Provide leadership to direct and indirect sales channels
- Ensure regulatory compliance and program execution capable of meeting expectationsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of commercial experience (marketing and sales)
- Proven experience as Commercial or Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager in a medical device business
- Direct selling experience in medical devices and familiarity with key opinion leaders and major products/competitors
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian a plus
- Proven track record of market share growth and meeting financial commitments
- Experience building and executing marketing/sales budgets and plans
- Demonstrated success in building, motivating, and developing sales teams (direct and indirect channels)
- Strong performance management skills (goal setting, coaching, reviews)
- Strong commercial/financial acumen (P&L, quotas, growth)
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional influencing abilities
- Ability to communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 60–70%
