Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic category management for ArcelorMittal’s Spanish road logistics, shaping sourcing strategies that align with business goals and market trends. You will lead end-to-end procurements, manage supplier relationships, and secure capacity to support production and customer deliveries. You’ll leverage market insights to optimize costs, service, and sustainability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform transport purchasing. This is a hands-on, impact‑oriented role within a high‑growth European procurement network.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing: market analysis, RFQs, tenders, negotiations, supplier selection, contract awards
• Manage supplier performance with KPIs, business reviews, and continuous improvement

• Ensure transportation capacity aligns with production plans and customer deliveries

Responsabilidades
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Logistics Purchasing, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish road freight transportation market
• Proven track record in leading complex sourcing projects and negotiations
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and service contracts
• Fluent Spanish and English (additional European languages advantageous)
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; strong stakeholder management
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making; ownership and accountability
• Ability to balance operational urgency with long-term strategic objectives
• Resilience in a fast-paced industrial environment
