The Product & Site Coordinator is a cross-functional position combining product and site responsibilities within the casino vertical (slots, live casino, table games). The role connects product strategy with on-site execution, ensuring games, promotions, and content are correctly positioned, launched, and optimized across the platform. This person will manage relationships with game providers, coordinate releases and promotional activity, and oversee how products are displayed within lobbies and site sections. They will also collaborate closely with CRM/segmentation and operational teams to ensure alignment between campaigns, product exposure, and commercial priorities. The position requires someone organized and proactive, with a holistic view of the user journey, capable of both negotiating with providers and executing site changes (directly or via tools/CMS). It is designed as a growth role for candidates coming from either product or site operations who want broader business exposure. Key responsibilities Coordinate casino product launches (slots, live casino, table games) Manage relationships with providers Plan and execute promotions in coordination with CRM/marketing Organize and optimize lobbies, categories, and site placement Align product exposure with commercial and segmentation strategies Desired experience 2–3 years’ experience in casino product or site operations Background in slots/live casino (sportsbook not required) Understanding of lobbies, game positioning, and promotional mechanics Experience working with providers is a plus Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS tools is desirable Organized, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
