In this role you will advance Hitachi Energy’s distribution transformer design platform within the CDSe team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into features and verify implementations, while ensuring performance and reliability. You will test and validate transformer design parameters, provide end-user training, and leverage industry trends to continually improve the platform. This role offers impact through shaping transformer design tools for global factories and customers, in a diverse, innovation-driven environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Align CDSe development with technical standards and advancements• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions• Prepare software specifications and verify implemented features• Develop test cases and lead end-user test sessions• Perform validation and root-cause analysis of transformer parameters• Provide technical support and training materials for end users• Monitor feedback and improve platform performance• Coordinate with Hub Engineering to accelerate CDS implementation in factories• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the platform• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelinesResponsabilidades• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field• Proven experience in design of dry-type or liquid transformers• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, manufacturing, and testing xcskxlj of transformers• Awareness of different transformer technologies• Experience or interest in software development (macro development, Excel automation tools)• Proactive, self-motivated with strong ownership• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams• Strong communication skills in EnglishRequisitos principales• competitive benefit programs• wellbeing initiatives (financial, physical, mental)• personal development opportunities
