The CFO will play a central role in modernising systems, strengthening controls, optimising cash flow, and building scalable financial infrastructure to support continued expansion.You will lead an established finance function (10+ total reports) while operating as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board.Lead ERP implementation and broader digital transformation initiatives.Oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting and cash flow management.Drive project profitability analysis across multiple revenue streams.Oversee accounting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance in Spain.Strengthen financial systems, controls and reporting frameworks.Provide commercial insight and board-level financial reporting.Lead, mentor and scale the finance team.We are seeking a hands-on, transformation-oriented CFO who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master's preferred).~5+ years in senior finance leadership roles.~ Strong experience leading ERP implementation and digital finance transformation.~ Deep knowledge of Spanish accounting, tax and regulatory frameworks.~ Fluency in English and Spanish.~ Experience operating in fast-paced, project-driven environments. xcskxlj ~ M&A exposure.
