Job Description Define and lead the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long‑term business goals, operational priorities and international expansion plans. Oversee the full financial ecosystem, including planning, performance management, business controlling, accounting, treasury, and risk management. Strengthen financial governance and operational excellence, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting and full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Drive business performance, partnering closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve profitability, productivity and capital efficiency. Lead strategic investment decisions, evaluating new business opportunities, capex programmes, M&A activity and transformation initiatives. Optimise capital structure and cash management, ensuring liquidity, operational resilience and balanced financial risk. Champion digitalisation within finance, accelerating the adoption of advanced analytics, automation and modern financial systems. Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering strong business partnering capabilities and a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience gained within retail, manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or other operationally complex environments. Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO or equivalent) in large or multinational companies. Proven track record leading strategic financial planning, operational finance, transformation initiatives and cross‑functional business partnering. Experience working in dynamic environments where margins, efficiency and operational excellence are critical. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
