With teams around the world, you’ll be working alongside top global talent in Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management.If you are a purpose-driven person who always sees the glass as half full, seizes opportunities, and has an urge to learn and develop your skills—we’d love to meet you.What we are looking for:We are looking for a Channel Director, South EMEA to join our team.What you will be doing:As Channel Sales Director, South EMEA at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team.You will be responsible for:Supporting the Semperis “100% Channel Sales Model” by creating and enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.Providing input and helping to evolve the Semperis Vigilance Partnership program.Recruiting and enabling carefully focused, mutually profitable partnerships with industry-leading consulting, advisory, and global system integrator partners.Building a partner (channel-sourced) pipeline and collaborating closely with Semperis field sales in Spain, Italy, and Portugal to “Sell With” and “Sell Through” partners.Ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and documenting all partnership activity in SFDC CRM.Coordinating and attending partner joint-marketing events, including in-person and webinars.Conducting training and coordinating education for Partner Sales, Presales, and Services Teams.Evangelizing the Directory Services Assessment Tool (D-SAT) and leveraging it to create assessment offerings that drive additional product demand for Semperis.What you will bring to the table:Recent, verifiable experience in creating and enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipelines with Spanish and Italian IAM or cybersecurity resellers, including successes with regional & boutique resellers engaged in CyberRisk and Disaster Recovery markets.Excellent reputation and 10+ years of relevant channel sales experience with key Cybersecurity or IAM resellers in Spain and Italy.A proven track record of creating and enabling successful monetized reseller partner relationships.Superlative organizational and communication skills in Italian and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).Comfortable with carrying an annual quota for partner-influenced revenue and resale.Ability to thrive in a high-impact, high-visibility role.
