What You’ll Do Run your own kitchen section during prep and service Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste,temperatureand presentation Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady Manage stock in your section, rotateproductsand cut down waste Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks Bring your A-game forspecial events,menusand seasonal updates What You’ll Have You have experience as a Chef dePartieor a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step You bring confidence running your own section during busy services You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace You have basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs You bring a calm, organized way of working and solid time management You have a positive, supportive attitude and enjoy being part of a close kitchen team You speak English and Spanish, any other languages is a plus What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
