Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize and monitor chemical processes at our Lerma site, driving efficiency, quality, and risk control. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline production, reduce variability, and shorten cycle times, contributing to Sensient’s mission to innovate in color and flavor systems. You’ll apply process analysis and improvements to scale performance and product capabilities. This is a hands-on position in a global manufacturing context with ample opportunity to shape process improvements and training.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in process
• Technical knowledge in production, quality, QA, process control in manufacturing (food, chemical, pharma, or related)
• JD Edwards management or similar ERP
• Personnel Management
• Microsoft Office
• English intermediate - advanced
