A globally established medical aesthetics company with direct operations across more than 70 international markets is appointing a Chief Medical and Scientific Officer to lead medical, clinical and regulatory strategy across a diversified portfolio of injectable and device technologies.Following sustained international expansion and active pipeline growth, the Board is consolidating global scientific leadership at executive level to strengthen regulatory alignment, accelerate evidence generation and shape the next phase of innovation and value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the global medical and scientific strategy aligned to corporate growth and pipeline prioritiesAct as the ultimate executive authority on all medical, clinical and scientific matters across the organisationProvide strategic leadership of the innovation and R&D portfolio from concept through global commercialisationOwn global clinical development and evidence generation strategy, including pivotal studies and real world programmesHold executive accountability for global regulatory strategy, authority engagement and inspection readiness across all major marketsEnsure scientific integrity of all product claims, labelling, medical communications and promotional substantiationLead global Medical Affairs, including KOL strategy, advisory boards and medical education while preserving medical independenceOversee pharmacovigilance, post market surveillance and ongoing product safety governanceBuild and lead high performing global teams across Medical, Clinical, Regulatory and R&D with clear governance and decision rightsAdvise the Board on pipeline risk, portfolio prioritisation, innovation direction and long term scientific strategyCandidate ProfileSenior executive leadership experience within medical aestheticsDemonstrated accountability for multiple global product approvals and launches across United States and European regulatory systemsDeep technical understanding of aesthetic products, including lifecycle strategy and safety governanceExperience operating within internationally scaling, growth oriented organisationsMD or PhD in a relevant medical or scientific discipline strongly preferred
