pA globally established medical aesthetics company with direct operations across more than 70 international markets is appointing a Chief Medical and Scientific Officer to lead medical, clinical and regulatory strategy across a diversified portfolio of injectable and device technologies. /ppbr/ppFollowing sustained international expansion and active pipeline growth, the Board is consolidating global scientific leadership at executive level to strengthen regulatory alignment, accelerate evidence generation and shape the next phase of innovation and value creation. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliDefine and lead the global medical and scientific strategy aligned to corporate growth and pipeline priorities /liliAct as the ultimate executive authority on all medical, clinical and scientific matters across the organisation /liliProvide strategic leadership of the innovation and RD portfolio from concept through global commercialisation /liliOwn global clinical development and evidence generation strategy, including pivotal studies and real world programmes /liliHold executive accountability for global regulatory strategy, authority engagement and inspection readiness across all major markets /liliEnsure scientific integrity of all product claims, labelling, medical communications and promotional substantiation /liliLead global Medical Affairs, including KOL strategy, advisory boards and medical education while preserving medical independence /liliOversee pharmacovigilance, post market surveillance and ongoing product safety governance /liliBuild and lead high performing global teams across Medical, Clinical, Regulatory and RD with clear governance and decision rights /liliAdvise the Board on pipeline risk, portfolio prioritisation, innovation direction and long term scientific strategy /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /ppbr/pulliSenior executive leadership experience within medical aesthetics /liliDemonstrated accountability for multiple global product approvals and launches across United States and European regulatory systems /liliDeep technical understanding of aesthetic products, including lifecycle strategy and safety governance /liliExperience operating within internationally scaling, growth oriented organisations /liliMD or PhD in a relevant medical or scientific discipline strongly preferred /li /ul
