Position: Chief Officer Vessel: 49m Private Motor Yacht Qualification: OOW (minimum) Location: Mallorca, Spain Start Date: ASAP / Flexible during refit A 49m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join the vessel during an ongoing refit period in Mallorca. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Captain with the safe navigation and operation of the vessel Oversight of deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures Active involvement in refit planning, yard liaison, and project oversight Management and training of deck crew Ensuring compliance with flag state, class, and safety regulations Requirements: Minimum OOW (Officer of the Watch) certification Previous experience as Chief Officer or Senior Officer on similar-sized yachts preferred Strong organisational and leadership skills Proven refit or shipyard experience highly advantageous Professional, hands-on attitude suitable for a private program Package: Salary commensurate with experience Private yacht with professional standards Opportunity to be involved in a significant refit project #J-18808-Ljbffr
