The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for company-wide operations and execution across product, platform, and mobile gaming business units. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the COO will help scale the organization while maintaining speed, accountability, and a strong product-driven culture.Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the company’s global operational strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board
Build scalable operating models, systems, and KPIs across product, AdTech, and gaming divisions
Drive alignment between Product, Finance, HR, Technology, and Game Studios
Lead, mentor, and scale senior leadership teams across multiple business units
Establish executive dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions
Balance operational rigor with innovation, creativity, and fast iteration.What Success Looks Like:

12+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, General Management, or Strategy
Experience scaling product-led, technology, or mobile gaming companies
Strong background in multi-business-unit or holding-company environments
Trusted partner to CEOs, Boards, and investors
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
