- Coordinate with manufacturers for the Civil/ Structure long lead items for delivery, T&C, payments ….
- Coordinate with planning team to develop the Civil/ Structure programme of works for data centre and to follow up the progress.
- Co-ordinate all Civil/ Structure works to ensure timely accurate and delivery of the project including liaison with procurement, sales, operations, consultants, quantity surveyors and selected contractors.
- Co-ordinate and work with Engineers, Consultant and Contractor in regards with all the Civil/ Structure works.
- Develop and assist with the Civil/ Structure aspects of testing and commissioning, including the appointed T&C specialists from Damac and the contractors team.
- Civil/ Structure Manager will supervise the schedule and timeline of the construction of the data centre.
- Co-ordinate with the LLE vendor.
