Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gijón for the role of Client Experience and Admissions Lead. The individual will oversee the client admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing admission procedures, tracking client progress, and implementing strategies for excellent client engagement and retention. The role requires collaboration with team members to consistently deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Experience in client service management, customer support, or similar roles Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in administrative tasks, including managing admissions processes and tracking progress Organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage client experiences Familiarity with education or language learning services is a plus Fluency in Spanish and English is required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
