To support this engagement, we are seeking a Cloud Contact Centre Developer to join our team and work hands-on within Agile delivery squads on a high-impact client project.This role offers the opportunity to work with modern AWS technologies , contribute to large‐scale customer interaction systems, and grow your expertise while being supported by a collaborative consulting environment.What you'll be working onYou will help design, build, and improve cloud contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect , Amazon Lex , and AWS Lambda (Python) .
