The role focuses on delivering a smooth customer experience, creating accurate repairs estimates, and coordinating with insurers throughout the process.You will document customer interactions, guide clients through repairs, ensure DRP/compliance, participate in production walks, and attend training sessions as required. A high school diploma and willingness to pursue I-CAR training are preferred.
