International Commercial Director
The International Commercial Director will be responsible for defining and executing the global commercial strategy across international markets. This role will lead revenue growth, market expansion and channel development for the company’s own brands, ensuring strong alignment between sales, marketing, brand positioning and operational capabilities.
Commercial & Growth Strategy
Define and execute the international commercial strategy aligned with the company’s brand and growth objectives.
International Sales & Channels
Lead and develop international sales across key channels (distributors, importers, retail, foodservice, e-commerce, depending on market). Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and trade terms.
Brand & Go-to-Market
Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across all international markets. Balance global brand coherence with local market needs.
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, lead and develop a high‑performing international commercial team. Set clear objectives, KPIs and performance management processes. Act as a role model in commercial excellence, leadership and accountability. Monitor performance through dashboards and KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal policies and local market regulations.
Qualifications

Proven experience as International Commercial Director, Global Sales Director or similar in the food & beverage industry.
Strong background in own‑brand / branded products (not purely private label).
Experience managing complex, multi‑country commercial organizations.
High impact and visibility at executive level.
Opportunity to shape and scale proprietary brands globally.
