We are looking for an over-achieving Content Specialist (excellent English skills), to join the European Blockchain Convention, one of the largest blockchain events in Europe.
Reporting directly to the Event Director, you will be responsible for securing top-tier speakers, designing a high-impact agenda, developing engaging content, bringing the right audience, and ensuring each event delivers exceptional value to our audience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about finance, technology, events and is ambitious, smart, proactive, hard-working, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement and is a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities

Secure high-profile speakers and create content that drives attendance and sponsorships
Design cutting-edge conference agenda that blends market insights with forward-thinking concepts
Identify emerging trends and industry pain points
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop persuasive promotional materials
Coordinate with the sponsorship team to ensure speakers and agenda align with event goals
Execute marketing across digital channels, email, and partnerships to boost attendance
Craft persuasive pitches and marketing copy that resonate with senior executives
Develop and manage a hosted program, identifying and inviting targeted companies to participate
Organize 1 meetings between attendees, speakers, and sponsors

Requirements

BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related field
3 years of proven experience in a similar role
A commercial mindset with an understanding of event industry economics
Prior work or personal interest in blockchain, technology or financial news
Strong writing and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets
Passion for finance, entrepreneurship and technology
