Are you a detail-oriented, and proactive professional? Our client is an international company offering technology and service solutions in corporate communication and compliance management. They are looking for a Contract Administrator with German based in Barcelona to join their Customer Operations team. Own the full contract lifecycle with precision, driving accurate renewals, amendments, pricing, and billing readiness while keeping Salesforce data clean and reliable. Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal to enable smooth operations, strong commercial governance, and revenue accuracy.

Main responsibilities :
Manage contract administration and post-sale changes, including renewals, amendments, pricing, and term updatesCoordinate cross-functional approvals for discounts and non-standard commercial termsEnsure billing and invoicing readiness by validating payment terms, tax logic, and billing setupHandle inbound operational requests such as PO updates, billing corrections, and contract terminationsMaintain high data accuracy across CRM and related systems to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvements
Core skills/experience :
1–4 years of experience in contract, deal desk, or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription environmentStrong understanding of contracts, renewals, pricing, and billing processesHands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teamsDetail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracyProcess-driven mindset with an interest in standardization and continuous improvement
