At this moment, they are seeking a Contract Manager for their headquarters in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive contractual management of large-scale EPC projects. This role requires leading complex contract negotiations, managing claims and amendments, and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution processes.RESPONSIBILITIESFull lifecycle management of contracts within EPC projects, from tendering through contract closure.Negotiation and drafting of contract amendments and project change management.Preparation and defense of contractual claims.Participation in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation proceedings.Coordination with legal, technical, and financial teams to ensure contractual compliance.
