We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to handle the negotiation, management, and oversight of contractual agreements and relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders. Lead day-to-day negotiation and management of contracts, supporting international business operations.Support the contract review process by evaluating incoming documentation and terms and conditions, collaborating with growth teams to prepare redlines and safeguard the organization's interests.Analyze and monitor contract compliance in partnership with cross-functional teams.Collaborate internally with Contracts colleagues, Legal, Program Management, Growth and Capture, Finance and Pricing, Property, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and delivery.Previous experience in contracts management or related roles such as Program Management, Supply Chain, or Service Management.Legal qualifications not required, but strong familiarity with contractual principles is essential.Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
