Would you like to develop your business and analytical skills at the world’s leader of luxury goods?We are seeking talented individuals who are eager to craft their future with a dynamic team that embraces every as a challenge and opportunity for growth.If you want to conquer the world of luxury, we're excited to welcome you on board!Job Responsibility:MAIN DUTIESThe Controller Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:Control and analyze all data related to costs, employees' headcount (HC), Full-Time Equivalents (FTE), etc., ensuring a robust follow-up and analysis of deviations.Update and maintain various dashboards, monitor statistics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by brand, consolidating LVMH P&C figures.Update group reporting data and follow up monthly and annually.Report and analyze data for the HR department, including evolution, deviations, and generation of different scenarios to assist in decision-making.Participate in the budget process, updating changes and conducting necessary analyses while ensuring adherence to Group and local guidelines. This involves close collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Controlling Team.Contribute to the annual salary review process by verifying and updating salary information and preparing reports for the salary review.Support the implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, including comparing offers and proposals, forecasting expenditures, etc.Handle invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers.Profile:SKILLSAttention to detail and strong analytical skills.Planning and organizational skills.Reliable, with commitment to meet deadlines.Proficiency in ExcelBusiness oriented, with sensibility to luxury industry will be considered a plus.PROFILE NEEDEDMAIN STUDIES: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Industrial Organization Engineering or similar field. Master’s degree will be considered a plus.LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
