Are you looking for your next culinary position on the beautiful island of Mallorca? An agritourism estate in Manacor is looking to hire 4 cooks to join its kitchen team. If you are passionate about gastronomy, quality service, and working in a traditional Mediterranean environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity for you. This full-time job operates under a discontinuous fixed contract with an initial duration of 4 months, starting on August 1, 2026, and offers the option for renewal.
Key responsibilities
Elaborating and presenting both hot and cold dishes with care and attention to detail.
Preparing the daily mise en place to ensure a smooth service in the kitchen.
Handling and preserving food according to official HACCP standards.
Performing quality control checks on all prepared dishes.
Organizing and thoroughly cleaning your designated kitchen station.
Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming food shipments and kitchen goods.
Working closely alongside the rest of the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
Demonstrable previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
A valid A1 driving license.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
High motivation, teamwork skills, and ability to keep an organized workstation.
What you will receive
You will work a full-time, intensive shift schedule covering mornings and afternoons. The role offers a gross annual salary of €2,302.67 for the contract period, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial 4 months. You will join an established agritourism project in the region of Manacor, Mallorca.
