Leading international healthcare technology company, currently expanding its operations in Spain, is looking for a: Country Director – Spain Main Responsibilities: 1) Business Strategy & Growth: • Define and execute the company’s growth strategy in Spain. • Own commercial performance and country P&L. • Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives. 2) Team Leadership: • Build, lead, and develop the local team. • Manage hiring, performance, and talent development. • Foster a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture. • Ensure alignment between local execution and global objectives. 3) Market Development & Stakeholder Management: • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. • Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations. • Represent the company with customers, partners, and industry leaders. • Support the company's positioning and visibility in the Spanish market. 4) Operational Excellence: • Ensure effective execution of local business plans. • Collaborate with global teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, and Operations functions. • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity. • Drive continuous improvement and scalability of local operations. What we are looking for: • Significant experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors. • Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system. • Proven experience leading teams, business units, or country operations. • Strong commercial mindset and experience managing business performance. • Established network within the healthcare sector in Spain. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent Spanish and English.
