The Guardant Health screening portfolio, including the Shield test, aims to address the needs of individuals eligible for cancer screening.Job DescriptionAbout the Role :This role involves overseeing the delivery of country-specific commercial and market access/reimbursement programs to launch and fully commercialize Guardant Health’s product portfolio in Spain. The candidate will establish and lead Spain's public-private partnerships (PPPs), collaborating closely with medical affairs, evidence generation activities, and global programs to optimize the country’s contribution to regional goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Build and develop an effective country leadership team capable of executing the Spain plan and achieving growth aligned with international company goals.Coordinate with the Biopharma team and VP EU biopharma for effective country-level collaboration.Achieve key performance targets, including sales revenue and profitability, aiming for business growth beyond the annual plan.Create and manage a comprehensive country-level P&L, ensuring delivery and managing variances.Identify and manage complex high-value regional or private sector tenders, including post-award contracting and information governance.Lead strategies to secure public reimbursement at regional and national levels in Spain.Develop a rational pricing approach aligned with company profitability to optimize revenue and profit.Deliver accurate sales and profit forecasts monthly and quarterly, adjusting budgets as needed.Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing country team with the right skills and motivation.Implement commercial excellence programs to enhance planning and sales performance.Collaborate with Client Services to ensure high-quality customer service.Oversee the interface between the sales efforts and PPP partners.Work with International Public Affairs and Market Access to define and execute reimbursement strategies.Support a medical team capable of articulating the clinical offering to clinicians at all levels.Ensure the country contributes to global and regional trials and develops country-specific studies for evidence development.Manage and develop the country team to deliver top performance and position the business as an employer of choice.Manage and lead the Spain commercial team, including a sales distributor and market access consultants, with dotted line to medical director.Partner with international business development to manage long-range plans.J-18808-Ljbffr
