Position Overview VIPRE Security Group, part of Ziff Davis, seeks a creative Content Developer to craft engaging eLearning courses that protect and develop workforce skills. Key Responsibilities Combine text, voiceover, video, and graphics into eLearning courses. Set up interactivities and course structure using proprietary courseware engine and authoring tools. Collaborate with the Design Team on visual standards and course presentation strategy. Apply templatized code in HTML5 and XML based courses. Assist QA team and engage in QA testing as needed. Qualifications Outstanding portfolio of course development work. Strong conceptual and design skills. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and 2D graphics software. Competent with Google Workspace. 3-5 years of experience as a Content Developer, Course Designer, or eLearning Producer. College degree preferred in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑directed, highly organized, and detail‑oriented with a commitment to deliver high quality results. Strong experience with HTML5, XML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility. Familiarity with SVG, Lottie files, eLearning authoring tools, JIRA, Slack, Zoom, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and GitHub. Competency Strong grammatical, prioritization, and communication skills. Fluent in English. Strong attention to detail and self‑management of multiple projects. Collaborative with cross‑functional teams to create visually compelling courses. Ability to work successfully with a global, virtual team. Creative, self‑organizing problem solver in a team environment. Analyze and share current courseware trends to enhance the eLearning library. Work well under deadline pressures.
