The RoleResponsible for institutional-grade execution of crypto transactions with strict cost control and measurable slippage benchmarks. The role owns execution routing, venue selection, order book interaction strategy, and transaction cost analysis. Direct accountability for execution quality and market impact management is required. ResponsibilitiesExecute large spot and derivatives crypto transactions with defined slippage targets Design order routing strategies across centralized exchanges Monitor liquidity fragmentation and order book depth Manage transaction cost analysis (TCA) and execution reporting Coordinate with portfolio and derivatives functions on timing and sizing Optimize execution during high-volatility conditions Maintain relationships with exchanges and liquidity providers Requirements5+ years experience in institutional execution trading Direct experience executing crypto transactions above €1M notional Strong understanding of order book dynamics and market microstructure Experience using algorithmic execution tools and DMA access Proven track record reducing transaction costs in volatile markets Ability to operate under formal execution mandates and reporting standards CompensationBase salary: €140,000 – €175,000 Performance bonus: 20–30% linked to execution cost savings and performance impact Long-term incentive participation where applicable Expected total compensation: €210,000+
