Cultural & Community Activator – Euro Staffs, MadridFull‑time on site position offering career growth opportunities.About the RoleWe want a person who brings life to the new Jungle offices in Méndez Álvaro (4,000 m2), turning it into a cultural hub.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram the office as a continuous cultural space (talks, podcasts, exhibitions, demos, etc.)Design a continuous calendar of activities with a differentiating thread.Curate content: identify themes, people, formats that elevate the brand.Activate three audiences simultaneously (Jungle team, clients & prospects, Madrid creative community).Build a partner network: close agreements with cultural institutions, schools, media, startups, designer collectives.Identify opportunities: capture what is happening in Madrid and bring it to Jungle.Collaborate with Communication for amplification (invites, social media, press, follow‑up content).Manage day‑to‑day production, logistics, suppliers, budgets, and internal team briefings.Deliver internal events: production, experience, narrative of recurring formats hosted in the space.Desired Profile & QualificationsBackground in cultural programming, private cultural spaces, creative agencies, festivals, editorial or community building in brands.Curatorial judgment: ability to separate the differential from the generic.Production skills: rhythm, control, obsession with detail.Opportunity detection: “nose” for unnoticed people, topics, moments.Community activation: ability to build relationships with institutions, creators, diverse communities.Communication skills: clear writing and fluency for varied audiences.Spanish‑English bilingual (level B2‑C1).Network in Madrid.Autonomy, energy, and independent judgment.What This Role Is NotIt is not a classical event planner or office manager; it is a curatorial role with execution ability.We OfferIndefinite contract, full‑time, strategic location in a spectacular 4,000 m2 space, autonomy and relevance to lead the operational side of a cultural asset.Equal Opportunity StatementJUNGLE fosters a respectful and inclusive workplace, valuing diversity.
