As our Culture & Engagement Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that influence how more than 8,700 employees across 170 manufacturing sites experience work every day. From embedding our Purpose, Values and Behaviours to defining our Inclusion & Belonging strategy and driving employee engagement across EMEA, you'll partner with senior leaders to create meaningful, lasting change.
