Customer Stock Optimization and Performance Analytics Iberia- Location Barcelona- 50 % Remote working and 5% of travel expected- Job type: Permanent, Full timeAbout the jobOur Team:Customer care organization are aiming to create value for customers by offering best-in-class services while optimizing Operational Cost (premium or standard offering accomplishing minimum and reliable service) and support Trade activities and develop collaboration with Customer.Main responsibilities:- performs proactive activities to identify potential out of stocks and mitigates them with Supply Chain, Trade or the Business, ensuring the best possible service to our customers- Review stock availability for all products in the orders to be delivered to identify out of stocks- Maintenance (create or update) of Product Allocation- Execute proactive stock management to identify potential out of stock in the short term (next 1 to 4 weeks) and allocate stock to future orders with the direction of Supply Chain, Trade or Brand- Deliver interval Customer-fulfilment metrics and KPIs- Prepare customer service-based analyses and findings for IBP meetings- Quarterly business focused scorecard analysis- Customer Service-related Business reviews- Wholesale/Retail/customer reviewsAbout you- Experience: Customer Care process knowledge, Supply stock processes, Planning, Order to Cash- Soft skills: Communication, team-work player, leadership, analytics spirit, solution oriented- Technical skills: SAP/S4Hana, Excel, Power BI- Languages: Spanish/EnglishPlay to Win Behaviours:- Stretch- Take action- Act for patients & customers- Think Sanofi firstPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
