In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for our US-based clients/caregivers, acting as the welcoming voice on the phone and the helpful energy behind our emails. Your main goal is to support our clients/caregivers throughout their entire journey with us, ensuring their customer experience is nothing short of exceptional from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Inbound Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp/Chat regarding our services.Care Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, inform our caregivers how to get paperwork done, help them with the designated system, and other inquiries they may have.Data Integrity: Maintain strictly confidential client records.Conflict Resolution: Calmly handle sensitive situations or complaints, providing solutions that prioritize client well-being.Qualifications & SkillsLanguages: Native or C1 level in English is mandatory.
