In this role, you will manage partner and customer queries, ensure high?quality service, and contribute directly to operational performance and customer satisfaction.Specific Responsabilities:- Manage the resolution of Partner and Customer queries within corporate guidelines, acting professionally in disputed or challenging situations and ensuring a positive customer experience.- Handle assigned work and query stock efficiently to meet monthly and quarterly targets and SLA requirements.- Ensure full compliance with Business Rules, ethical standards, and corporate financial policies.- Promote positive Partner behavior through feedback on the QMS system.- Ensure Partner compliance with portal functionalities when applicable.- Provide the Team Leader with timely and accurate updates on aged and outstanding queries.En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas
Requisitos mínimos
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role.
- University degree (preferred).
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast?changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
