Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments, from rollout to live operations across international markets.This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, software, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless deployments and a consistent customer experience across markets. Key responsibilitiesOwn delivery of customer deployments: planning, installation, commissioning, and handoverDrive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, software, manufacturing, and service partnersAct as the primary customer interface for project delivery and operational topicsManage timelines, risks, and execution across multiple parallel projectsEnsure high-quality documentation, reporting, and operational visibilityTranslate customer and field feedback into product and process improvementsContribute to scaling project management standards and processes within the Project Management Office Qualifications3+ years experience in project management, operations, or technical deliveryStrong coordination skills across teams and external partnersComfortable working with technical systems and field operationsStructured, proactive, and solution-orientedAble to manage multiple projects in an international setupThrive in a fast-paced environmentFull proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus)Familiar with the use MS Office, PM tools, and AI What we offerWork on real-world infrastructure shaping the future of logisticsHigh ownership and impact from day oneFlexible hybrid, remote-friendly setupFast-moving, collaborative teamOption to work in one of our offices directly in France (Lille), or Spain (Madrid) We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to hire quickly once we find the right fit.
