At Zoco Home , we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Mijas . You will be the voice of our brand, supporting our customers across phone, email and social channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email and social channels Manage order inquiries, after-sales cases and returns Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and showroom teams Keep customer records organized and updated in our systems Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or similar role Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude, empathy, and strong attention to detail Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Mijas Basic IT and customer service platform knowledge Candidates must be based in Málaga Apply now and help us bring beautiful spaces to life!
