Customer Service Representative
Are you an outgoing and friendly person with excellent communication skills? Do you speak native-level English? Do you have excellent administration skills? We have an exciting new permanent customer service position based from our client’s offices in the Fuengirola region.
Requirement
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level) and ideally Spanish
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Professional, well-presented
A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business
Keep the company database up-to-date
Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels
Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and email
Package
Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 1 hour lunch
Salary starting at €1350 per month net increasing to €1500 net after 2 month probation
