Role: Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaking Location: Remote - trip to Paris office once every other month. The Role: As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations). Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio of 90-100 accounts Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment. Background in the MarTech industry (preferred). Fluent Spanish and English (essential) Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus. A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
