About the Role We are hiring Customer Support Associates to support MAKE’s growing creator community. These roles will be on the front line of customer interaction, helping users navigate our platform while ensuring a high-quality, compliant support experience. Given our regulated environment, candidates with previous banking, financial services or licensed FinTech experience will be prioritized. As part of a temporary structure, these roles may initially report directly to the CFO to help stabilize workflows and improve cross-functional execution.
