You will provide support to our customers and partners and provide a consistently excellent standard of customer assistance and service. /p h3What you will be doing. /h3 ul liWork as part of a team to provide technical assistance to Fortinet-certified partners and customers for Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate) and other devices. /li liRun real-time troubleshooting sessions with partners/customers. /li liTest and reproduce partner/customer issues in the Laboratory. /li liRecommend corrective actions based on gathered data and analysis. /li liRun real-time phone or remote access sessions. /li liReport software/hardware related issues to RD department. /li liAcquire knowledge by participating in round tables, training, and self-learning. /li /ul h3To be successful in the role, you will have: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. /li li3 - 6 years’ experience in an IT or technical support role. /li liExperience in the telecommunications/networking/security industry. /li liGood knowledge of the OSI model. /li liStrong understanding of networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching. /li liProficient spoken and written English and Spanish. /li liPositive, communicative, and customer-oriented attitude. /li liExcellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills. /li liSelf-motivated to develop technically. /li liAbility to cope and work under pressure. /li /ul h3What is not essential but nice to have: /h3 ul liIndustry certificates (NSE4, CCNA, Security+ etc.). /li liKnowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). /li liKnowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, SSO, 2-factor authentication, etc.). /li liKnowledge of cloud environments like AWS, google cloud, Azzure, etc. /li liExperience with security devices (Firewalls, IPSs, Mail Security Gateways, etc.). /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liCareer growth opportunities: Working for a reputable and fast-growing company like Fortinet can provide you with ample opportunities for professional development and growth.
