️ Cybersecurity Manager – Spain | TeamSystem Spain

Our CISO department plays a strategic role in managing cyber risk and supporting the business growth and international expansion of the group.
Your mission
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to lead and coordinate all cybersecurity operations, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance for TeamSystem’s business unit in Spain.
You will work in an international environment and during a key phase of digital transformation, implementing new solutions, integrating group-wide corporate tools, and ensuring alignment between local and global IT and cybersecurity strategies.
Your role will have a direct impact on protecting our platforms, products, and data, as well as ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory frameworks.

Cybersecurity tools: EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management tools
Environments: endpoints, IT infrastructure, public cloud
Frameworks and regulations: ISO 27001 and local regulations
International environment and cross-functional projects
What will you do?
Act as the main point of contact with the local IT team and all legal entities in Spain for day-to-day cybersecurity management (monitoring, incidents, vulnerabilities, etc.).
Implement the group’s international IT and cybersecurity strategies and policies at the local level.
Integrate TeamSystem Group’s corporate cybersecurity services and tools.
Lead regulatory compliance initiatives, including certifications such as ISO 27001.
Collaborate with international IT and cybersecurity teams on cross-border projects.
Ensure proper alignment between local and global IT and security strategies.
Implement the group’s IT risk and compliance policies across all legal entities in Spain.
Work with product security and compliance teams to integrate cybersecurity into the secure software development lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up with stakeholders.
✅ Technical requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in international environments. Proven experience in:
Integration and implementation of cybersecurity tools (EDR, SIEM, etc.).
Vulnerability management monitoring and reporting.
Security incident response management and reporting.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with platforms, IT infrastructure, and public cloud environments is highly valued.
English level C1 or higher (preferred).
Key competencies
Negotiation and communication skills with technical profiles and C-level stakeholders.
Hands-on approach to leading problem resolution in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to manage changing priorities and scope.
Stakeholder management and executive reporting.
